This project was a simple renovation of an out dated semi-detached house in the Junction. We worked with the owners to open up the house to allow for a lot of daylight while keeping as much of the original house as possible. To stretch their budget we saved the windows, stairs porch and floors and worked in an informal way by giving advice rather than drawing the house, which led to unexpected results!
